Delivery :

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 days. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you and you will receive your order within 21 days.
Prints are normally dispatched by Special Delivery Next Day (for UK deliveries) and Airmail International Signed For (for deliveries to Europe or the Rest of the World), and are packed in strong cardboard containers.

Refunds/Exchange :

In the unlikely event that any limited edition print purchased from PennyDalePrints is not in perfect condition when delivered to you, please notify us in writing or by email within three days of delivery and return it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will then replace the item and refund your cost of postage.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

We guarantee that neither your email address nor any other contact details you provide will be sold or passed on to any other organization or individual.
